This build is perfect for beginners since you get to experiment with all the item combinations. You get your desired items more times an hour than without scav, bulwark is broken aswell so theres that.

For beginners I can recommend ice+stone, and maybe not worry about third gaunt; but it's wise to start learning it early. So keep wind always, and try to play fire without the crackshot. This build is mainly about the cast speed while you have armor leech and when you think about it, it makes you leech FAST and do a lot dps; ALSO, you should outlive our enemies a lot of the time.

If you wanna step up your game, keep the item switch which makes you take 95% less dmg on rune usage for few secs or was it one. Not quite sure with the details since I had small break but been playing this build this patch.

This is #1 Rank player build, and also a good beginner build. Watch nnukid's vods and also use your twitch prime on him ;)) .

He plays this well

You can go for behemoth set easily also. Keep finest wares always active, pick pots up and keep the inv full to activate it.

You have amazing cast speed with this build and can spam wind on enemies; actually try to learn to chip enemy with wind with good timings. The dps is insane that way.

I would say that this is an easy build that you can play a lot of gauntlet with. For example you can run fire/ice/wind or add toxic there, even lightning but I prefer squall lightning more.

The idea is to get always solid loot, so you can skip scholar if you get okay items. It compensates a little. If you do not get lucky, just have the cast speed amulet. 4 blink charges are enough, for example I prefer picking Behemoth.
The play is kind of self explanatory; You loot well and solid, play around items, get whatever good gauntlet combo. Like toxic on M1 and wind on M2, then you throw a cloud, switch to fire to burst the cloud into dragonflames.

Or play with ice, try to freeze the person. If curious, learn the "Thunderhop". Check it on Discord in theorycraft.

Check scooby and nnukid just to see how they use the wind to chip enemies or to burst them between ice shots.
Learn to manage your mana well with the wind, learn when to go for recharge aka empty bar or learn when to wait for it to reload back to full. For example one hop and wind chip go back to full really fast.

Ookay; About the gameplay even though I explained a bit:
You get good items, they compensate for not having scholar.
Finest wares for reduced dmg taken, which stacks really high.
Armour leech for just being annoying.
Usually it's ice/wind and fire switch, you can test different combinations.

Shadowstep<Blink, there should be tier lists for runes to pick in many wind gaunt guides (I assume).
Watch how nnukid plays this, he's rank #1 on his server in solos. Good boi streamer, go sub to him or give sub with prime.

Okay. Basically this is gauntlet free build but think about the cast speed.
Like the gouuutss are not set in stone. Remember, wind when it breaks ice under enemy freezes; time your shot and you hit for full dmg with the arrow. Also the tornado makes enemy pathing weird, so it is a guarantee hit almost.

Go for hits on enemy when they are casting the wind hop or when they reach the max height and levitate there before falling.
Do not try to waste mana on shots when they drop since it's so common to use blink right then.

Have 3rd gaunt for chasing an enemy if they recharge with low blinks. I recommendlearning fire without crackshot. Watch RFlegendary's video about windhopping, he explains how to play against them.
You need to look for an angle which is kind of straight for you. For example if they hop from infront of you over you; you can blink at their windhop starting position and align yourself with them flying into air and the angle is really easy to hit.
Or then blink where they are heading.

Also if they are doing it facing sideways from you, then think of it in the same way but in "2D".

This is a lot of rambling, :text_text: like always. But I do not really know what more to say about the build except that nnukid inspired me to play it and start using wind for dmg more.

Also playing with blink is healthy to learn to react to sounds or visual changes which you need to dodge.
Even though the sounds are really messed up right now after last patch, hope they fix it in the next one.

Go watch nnukid vods or catch his stream! This is quite common build since it is so stable, allows you to play multiple gauntlets and goooshhhh the cast speed is nuts. It's probably one of the highest dps with the wind while you armor leech aswell.

Play 3 gaunts always. You can try to learn 4 too since you got armor regen and can carry less. For example carry stone, or fire+toxic to make dragonfire bombs while still having ice and wind.

I have not tried to skip the wind many times, but there are some solid combinations. Stone and ice is one of the easiest in my opinion. Keep stone on M2 and ice on M1.
